Afstudeeropdracht:

- Het optimaal benutten van de verschillende analytic tools met als doel: optimaliseren van traffic naar de websites, optimaliseren van de usability van de websites, optimaliseren van conversie, etc.
Functie eisen:
- E-commerce gerelateerde studie op minimaal HBO niveau.
- Goede analytische vaardigheden (je vertaalt cijfers naar commerciële kansen!).
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (je bent in staat om technische zaken omtrent webanalytics helder toe te lichten op allerlei denkniveaus).

La fonction

Your role

Your role
This role is for an independent freelance sales agent who is able to create his or her own portfolio and who will be paid on commission base. There is no monthly or guaranteed salary. As I-Rent agent, you are responsible for the professional renters within your region. Your role is approaching companies who still don't use a complete online rental system. You know you can distinguish yourself in an innovative and convincing manner, without compromising professionalism and quality in mind.
Your key responsibilities are
- The conclusion of new contracts by means of face-to-face appointments.
- Telephone acquisition by the follow-up of so-called "hot" leads.
- Acquisition through cold calls.
- The preservation and strengthening of the relationship with customers who use I-Rent.
- Identifying the needs of (potential) customer, so as to be able to offer the most appropriate solutions.
- We expect that you constantly prospect further builds, this list to ensure that you will achieve monthly target.

- Higher school education and work and thinking level.
- Strong personality with consultative sales experience.
- Strong commercial drive and results driven orientated.
- Enthusiastic, innovative, driven and proactive personality.
- Strong negotiating skills and persuasion.
- Communicative strong in English and native speaker in your own country.
- A solid knowledge of the rental business in your region.
Job requirements
- Extensive experience of driving sales results.
- Highly developed sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to drive and deliver results.
- Technological self-sufficiency, able to present I-Rent to our clients.
- You will report to the international sales and marketing manager.
- Living in Mallorca.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You are in possession of a car and computer.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
